On the 9th January 2012, Mr. Ou Virak, President of the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR), and Mr Pa Nguon Teang, Director of the Cambodian Center for Independent Media (CCIM), analyzed the most recent status of the Borei Keyla residents evicted from Phnom Penh city to the outskirts of Phnom Penh.
