This morning, on 12 July 2019, Suong Neakpoan was questioned by the investigative judge at the Phnom Penh Municipal Court. He was formally charged of “Incitement to Commit a Felony” under Articles 494 and 495 of the Criminal Code, and sent to pre-trial detention.
